PAYMENT
Cash, Maybank2U transactions and all major Credit/Debit Cards are acceptable methods of payment, based on the location of the Customer. Free Shipping only applies to customers within Malaysia; shipping fees for other countries are as stated in the Website. For 'Cash-On-Delivery' purchases, our terms are cash payment by the Customer upon meeting our distribution agent at the agreed location. Following full payment, our distribution agent will immediately hand over the purchased products to the customer along with a receipt. All products remain the property of Cherry Go Round until paid for in full.
Prices for products stated in the Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) are only applicable to mailing addresses within Malaysia. Prices stated in Australian Dollars (AUD) are only applicable to mailing addresses within Australia and ASEAN countries (Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Viet Nam). All other mailing addresses will be charged in the U.S currency (USD) and shipping fees will apply. All confirmed items are held on reserve for two (2) days from date of confirmation. Full payment must be made within this timeframe - we reserve the right to release the items if left unpaid for.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are only permitted for 'Cash-On-Delivery' purchases. Cancellation notification must be received by Cherry Go Round within 24 hours of receiving the customer's purchase order. Only notification via email will be accepted. This Policy is limited to the first 11 days of each new product batch. No cancellations may be made between the 12th and 14th days of a product batch. Cherry Go Round reserves the right to allow or disallow cancellations as we see fit for the purchases.
NO RETURN POLICY
As the Company offers all products at low prices, we do not accept returns. We do, however, ensure that each item we sell is in good condition before shipping. We will not be responsible for any damages/loss of purchases that may subsequently occur during/after shipping.
The following is an exception to our No Return Policy:
If you receive an item that does not match your purchase order, you should immediately forward a copy of the purchase order confirmation email from Cherry Go Round to contactus@cherrygoround.com. You must clearly state the complaint in the email and attach a photograph of the item received showing clearly the mistake we have made.
Cherry Go Round reserves the right to approve or disapprove a return as we see fit. When a return is approved by our Company via email, you must return the item to the following mailing address: 12, Jalan USJ 1/15, USJ 1, 47600 Subang Jaya, Selangor D.E., Malaysia. Returned items must be in its new, saleable, unwashed, and unaltered condition. Cherry Go Round reserves the right to decide if the condition of the returned item is eligible for a refund, replacement or neither option.
You are given three (3) days from the day you receive the item to issue a request and mail your return back to us. Failure to return the item within this timeframe will void this policy exception.
Should your original order still be in stock, we will ship it to you upon arrival of the returned item. Should original order not be in stock, we will offer a full refund or a replacement item, whichever you opt for. The replacement item must be from the most current product batch on the Website at that time and must not exceed the value of the original purchase order.
All shipping costs in this case will be borne by Cherry Go Round.
AVAILABILITY
The products featured on this Website are available on an "as is" and "first-come-first-serve" basis. Use of this Website and the services provided herein is at your sole risk.
The products are only available to the countries listed in the shipping information page.
The Cash-on-Delivery (COD) service is available only within the state of Selangor and/or Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia at the specified locations listed on the Website.
The confirmation status email for the ordered products will be subject to availability of stocks. We reserve the right to confirm, cancel, or refund purchases at our discretion.
'YOUR STYLE GURU' SPECIFIC TERMS OF USE
'Your Style Guru' refers to the Cherry Go Round service that provides fashion advice and products as ordered by the customer, as well as the page in the Website by the same name. The term "recipient" in this section will refer to the person for whom the purchased item/s is for. "Style Guru" or "Stylist" will refer to the person assigned as head of this service, who will be the recipient's stylist.
Our 'Your Style Guru' service offer is to be used under (but not limited to) the following terms:
It is the full responsibility of the customer to provide the information required (as stated in the 'Your Style Guru' page under 'What Now?') as accurately as possible. While we strive to recommend and provide the best fits, styles, and look according to the customers' requests, Cherry Go Round will not be held responsible for any customer dissatisfaction that may arise post-purchase.
It is mandatory for the customer to send (via e-mail to guru@cherrygoround.com) three full-length photographs of the recipient that include their front, side and back views, the recipient's body measurements that include height, bust, waist, hips, and the usual sizes of clothing items that they wear (whichever item is applicable to the service request) in either UK, US, or the local Malaysian (S,M,L,XL, etc. ) sizes as estimates for our Company's Style Guru to work with. In addition, it is in the customer's favour and is their responsibility to include sample photographs of the desired look, pictures of the recipient's wardrobe items that are to be matched with (if applicable), and any other photographs to further assist our Style Guru.
The quality and accuracy of the aforementioned photographs are also the sole responsibility of the customer. We will not be held responsible for any customer complaints with the results of the 'Your Style Guru' service that may arise due to inaccurate or unclear photographs ¡V examples include (but are not limited to) edited photographs or unclear photographs that result in the purchased products for the recipient to be unsuitable in fitting or style.
Photographs submitted by the customer must be at least 200x300 pixels (W x H) each in size, with the recipient being the key focus in the photographs.
Photographs of the products recommended by the Style Guru will be sent via e-mail to the customers for their approval before any actual orders are made. Cherry Go Round will source the products mainly from the Company's stock. In the event that we outsource and have limited access, we will strive to provide the best details and prices as possible.
Customers of "Your Style Guru" agree to the purchasing process as stated below:
- Photographs, body measurements and all applicable information as stated in 'Your Style Guru' are to be submitted via email to guru@cherrygoround.com. A service fee (as stated in the website) will be charged upon the service order. (The service fee is currently waived for promotional purposes until further notice)
- A minimum of 2 days to a maximum of 10 days will be needed by the Style Guru to put together the order request, depending on the workload of the order. The Style Guru will communicate with the customer via e-mail during or after this period of time regarding the recommendations and/or any other information as needed.
- Upon receiving the final recommendations (which will included the prices of the items), the customer makes the order (via e-mail) of the item/s they wish to purchase. This purchase order must be made within 3 days after the final recommendation email has been sent. If the customer does not wish to purchase any of the recommended items, they must inform the Style Guru via e-mail.
- Payment must be made in full after the purchase order has been made. The Cash-On-Delivery payment option is not applicable to the 'Your Style Guru' service.
- Shipping costs may be incurred by the customer in the event that the purchases exceed a maximum weight of five (5) kilograms. We will, however, advise the customer of such costs before orders are made.
Service Fee:
The service fee will be waived should the customer purchase a minimum of two (2) items recommended by the Style Guru.
The service fee is otherwise a mandatory fee charged by Cherry Go Round for this service and is non-refundable and non-transferable.

We may use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. Additionally, for systems administration, detecting usage patterns and troubleshooting purposes, our web servers may automatically log standard access information including browser type, access times/open mail, URL requested, and referral URL. This information will not be shared with third parties and will be used only within this Company on a need-to-know basis. Any individually identifiable information related to this data will never be used in any way different to that stated above without your explicit permission.
