1. How can I pay for my orders? We accept cash-on-delivery, Maybank2U transactions, and all major credit/debit cards. Pick the option you wish to use upon placing your order and follow the simple steps stated. It's really simple!
2. How much does the shipping cost? It's FREE, if you're in Malaysia! If you're in Australia/any ASEAN country, we charge a standard rate of only 10AUD. If you're anywhere else in the world, we charge a standard rate of only 10USD!
3. Why is there a countdown clock? Because we offer each batch of clothes to you for TWO WEEKS ONLY, we want you to be able to see how many days you have left to make your purchases!
4. Why should I pick the Cash-on-Delivery (COD) option instead? If you're within Selangor/K.L, COD lets you get your hands on your purchases in less time than it would through postage. Perfect for us impatient ones!
5. Can I cancel an order? Cancellations are only permitted for 'Cash on Delivery' purchases within 24hours of receiving your order. This only applies if the countdown clock hasn't reached the "3 days left" zone. That means, you can't cancel an order after the 11th day of each new batch of clothes. 6. I'm Malaysian, but studying overseas, how do I pay? We charge according to your mailing address, so if you're in Australia, you pay in AUD.
